03:00 Sweden vs England
TIP: Hahahahaha......... I couldn't hold my emotions all through the first phase of the quater-finals, my predictions were against the odds. Back to business as usual.
As a sport analysts, I never tipped Sweden to reach the quater-finals of this tournament, but here they are with all element of a composed team; good tactical planning and execution on the field of play. Their attacking prowess have indeed proved pundits wrong about their abilities, for sure I hope and look forward to a mind blowing encounter against the English side.
On the other hand, England have lived up to expectation  so far as long as this competition is concerned and so much is expected from them. Just as they got a narrow win against Colombia, UKFOOTBALLPLUS tips England to win with a narrow margin.

07:00 Russia vs Croatia
TIP: Russia were one of the underdogs when the world cup started and along the line pundits all over the globe expected them to move out the radar at the round of 16 against Spain. To the greatest surprise of the whole football loving world here comes Russia in the quarter finals. Before I proceed further let me as a few questions:
Will playing at home be an advantage?
Will the fans cheer them up to their best?
Can Croatia absorb the host fans pressure?
Answers to all these questions will be answered on the field of play.
As for Croatia the win against Nigeria, Argentina, and even Iceland is a remarkable one to start with. The midfield of the Croatian side has been brilliant and the defence has been quite brilliant as well. From the looks outside Croatia looks to be more experienced than their Russian counterpart.
All things been equal UKFOOTBALLPLUS backs Croatia to win and qualify for the semifinals.

Check back later for tomorrow's predictions and forecast!
Good luck lads!!
